CALMING STRESS RELIEF ESSENTIAL OIL KIT
This essential oil kit contains our 3 favorite oils to ease stress and help aid against feelings of anxiety and nervousness. Below are just a few simple suggestions of how to use these oils in your daily routine.
DIFFUSER BLEND - In an oil warmer diffuser add 8 drops Lavender, 2 drops Grapefruit and 2 drops Lemongrass to the water bowl on top and diffuse to create a relaxing aroma in the room.
HOT BATH - When you are feeling stress or anxiety it is always good to take a moment to relax in a hot bath. Combine 1 cup of epsom salts with 10 drops Lavender and 5 drops of Grapefruit, then pour into your tub while the water is running. If you prefer you can always add more oils but always mix them with salts first so they do not float on top of the water and irritate your skin.
INHALATION - In a 4 oz bottle with a squirt top, combine a carrier oil, we like Sunflower oil as it does not leavy your skin oily, with 6 drops of each essential oil and shake well. To use put a small amount in your hand and rub together, then cup your hands and hold over your nose and mouth taking deep breaths.
